Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RiseNXT Global collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal information when you visit our website or use our services.

EFFECTIVE DATE: 14 SEPTEMBER 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the RiseNXT Global website, enquiries, booking and payment-link requests, AIBU learning enquiries, and services we deliver to clients. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RiseNXT Global.

For a particular engagement, a signed proposal, statement of work or data-processing agreement may provide additional terms. If those terms conflict with this policy, the signed agreement will apply to that engagement to the extent of the conflict.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide may include your name, business name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, preferred meeting date, invoice amount, project requirements, feedback, files, and communications with us.

When we deliver services, we may process client content, account-access details, campaign information, customer or prospect data, analytics, and other materials you choose to provide. Please share only information that is necessary and that you are authorised to provide.

We may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, approximate location, pages viewed, and cookie or analytics identifiers.

3. How and why we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, arrange consultations, prepare proposals, deliver and improve contracted services, provide support, issue invoices and payment links, maintain business records, protect our systems, and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use contact and website-usage information to understand demand, measure campaign performance, improve our website, and send relevant service updates or marketing where permitted. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

We process information where it is necessary to take steps at your request, perform a contract, pursue legitimate business interests that do not override your rights, comply with law, or act on your consent where consent is required.

4. AI-assisted processing

We may use AI-assisted tools for research, drafting, analysis, development, design, automation, support and quality control. We limit submitted personal or confidential information to what is reasonably necessary for the task and apply human review where appropriate.

We do not intentionally use client or prospect information to train public foundation models. Where available, we use business settings or providers that restrict model training on submitted content. AI outputs can be inaccurate and should not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.

5. Sharing and service providers

We may share information with trusted providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, scheduling, customer management, payment processing, advertising, cloud storage, development and AI-assisted work. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or property, to enforce an agreement, or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not sell or rent personal information.

6. Payments

Payments may be completed through third-party payment providers or bank and UPI channels. We do not intentionally store complete card details, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy notices.

A request for a payment link may include your name, email, mobile number and invoice amount so that we can verify and respond to the request.

7. Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies to operate the website and optional analytics or advertising technologies to understand performance and improve campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser and, where available, through the website's consent controls.

Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Third-party services may set their own cookies when you use an embedded feature or follow an external link.

8. International processing

Some providers may process information outside India. Where this occurs, we select reputable providers and use contractual, organisational or technical safeguards appropriate to the information and applicable law.

9. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, to complete an engagement, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and contractual obligation.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and secure transmission where supported. No website, transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as applicable, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information and request access, correction, updating, deletion, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal, or nomination of another person to exercise applicable rights in the event of death or incapacity. Some information may need to be retained where the law or an ongoing contract requires it.

To make a request, contact hello@risenxtglobal.com and provide enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. You may opt out of direct marketing using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us.

11. Client-provided data

When a client asks us to process personal information about its customers, employees or prospects, the client is responsible for providing lawful instructions, required notices and any necessary consent. We process that information to provide the agreed services and according to the client's documented instructions, subject to applicable law.

If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting information under our control, we will take reasonable containment and remediation steps and provide notices to affected parties and authorities where applicable law requires it.

12. Children's privacy

Our website and business services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

13. External links

Our website may link to third-party websites, social platforms, payment providers or messaging services. Their privacy practices are outside our control, and you should review their policies before providing information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
